Heartbeat

The farmer walks out of the barn holding buckets. He's wearing a green shirt and blue pants. He doesn't look much like how you imagined he would look, or how you imagined any farmer would look. He just looks like an ordinary guy you would see on the street. Some facial hair around his mouth, short black hair and dark skin. You're studying his appearence very thoroughly, because Lexica said that this guy would be the one you switch bodies with tomorrow. You'll trade your cow body for his. Judging from what you can see, you aren't disapointed. The farmer walks into one of the cow pens. There are 10 cow pens, but only 8 of them have cows in them. Your's is the last one, luckilly. He sets down all the buckets except one as he enters the first cow pen. You know exactly what he's about to do with the cows, and you don't like it at all.

You start to feel tense with the thought of being milked. Just eating grass was hard for you to do, but this was on a whole other level. You feel embarassed and he's not even started yet. You would be sweating if you could. You can still feel the grass inside your stomaches, as well you still have the aftertaste of the dirt on your gigantic tongue. You look over at the farmer again, he's now entering cow pen number 2. Your's is number 8. The sad thing is, you still feel hungry. Just as hungry as you did when you first entered this body. But the taste of the grass was too unbearable, you can't make yourself eat anymore for at least a few more hours.

You hear the farmer yell at one of the cows, "Damn it Bertha, now I have to pick up your mess early. You usually don't make cow pies around this time!" Hearing this worrys you, you know he wasn't saying that to you but you still get worried. You suddenly smell something. You turn around to see what you did. Sure enough, there was a cow pie behind you. And there wasn't even anything you could do about it. You didn't even feel it, it's like it just appeared there. It disgusts you, not just the thought of it in general; but also the fact that: That disgusting thing came out of you!

You look up again, the farmer's now on pen number 4, halfway to you. You feel powerless, with nothing to do but just let him do whatever he wants with you. Whenever you move you can feel your udder jiggle side to side, it's the strangest and the most horrible feeling you've ever had. Some time passes, the farmer soon reaches pen number 6. You start feeling nervous again watching him get closer to your pen, still in horror thinking of what these other cows are going through. You calm yourself down by reminding yourself "It's just until tomorrow night, then this hell will be overwith." And it's just a matter of time before he reaches pen number 8.

You feel tense as the farmer enters your pen holding the last bucket. He looks behind you to see the cow pie. He gets a disgusted face and says "Ugh, well I guess I should just expect it from you at this point. Jennifer." That name. That name circulates in your head over and over. You can't stand it, being called that name. It frustrates you. You want to be about to talk so much right now, to this farmer. Tell him everything, Lexica, the curse, all the horrible things that come with this body.

"Mooooo!" You know it won't work, but you still try.

"MOOOOOOOO!"

"Moo! Moo! Mooooo!"

Not being able to talk is getting frustrating. Along with not being able to walk, eat normal food, control when waste escapes your body, and not have someone milking you daily.

The farmer looks at you confusedly, and says "Something wrong Jennifer?" You give up on trying to resist. You look down and see the bucket under your udder, you know what's about to happen. You try to sigh, and just close your eyes and he starts squeezing your first teat. It hurts like hell, but yet you feel relieved. You assume it's probably because of the loss of the milk. The rest of the milking hurts even more. More pain than you've felt in a very long time, despite the relief from losing milk. When the farmer is finally done, you see him pick up the bucket. Your udder feels sore, and hurts whenever you move.

The farmer, holding the bucket says "Now I'll need to get a shovel because of you and your sister's mess. You two should feel ashamed." You feel angry hearing him say that, but you know you can't do anything about it. He leaves the pen. You attempt to see if you can escape the pen while the door is open, you can't even pick your first leg up before it's closed again. The sky is now dark, you know it'll be nighttime soon. And your first day as a cow would soon be over. Your second day (and hopefully last) will be more interesting. Especially the last 10 minutes.

Soon the farmer comes back with a shovel and a bag. He says "At least we won't we short on manure tomorrow." He walks back into your pen. You see him walk behind you. You don't turn around to see him shovel the cow poop because you don't want to feel your udder again. So you just let him, and he soon leaves, without saying anything. You hope Lexica was telling the truth about you having a chance to become human again tomorrow. And more importantly, you hope you will be capable of switching bodies with the farmer. According to Lexica, all you'll need to do it make eye contact with something to switch bodies with it. You hope you'll be able to make eye contact with the farmer, and hopefully don't accidentally make it with anything else.
