Maybe get to the point?

You spend the rest of the day reading (And snacking) in the library, helped and encouraged by Angela who helps you look now that the passage clearing task has been finished. You have two goals: Find the magic you need, and help Angela, so histories and spellbooks are what you need. Most turns out to be the former. Angela cleans the library, but she apparently did little reading aside from cook books, so her knowledge of their actual contents is limited. Still she gets the books you ask for to the best of her ability, but there is a lot of history to sift through. Though you find several masters of the castles, there is no mention of Angela, or even a list of servants of which she may have served in. Of course these were histories from an outsider perspective.

"Master?" says Angela, after a few hours of watching you mull over another history book, "It may not be my place, but maybe if you told me exactly what you are looking for?" she says, as she pours you a cup of tea and hands another plate of cookies for you.

You wonder about telling her, she is so sensitive about anything relating to her servent status that you hesitate telling her your looking for a way to free her along side your cure. But your running out of options. Maybe if you do it in a round about way?

"Well, I'm actually curious about where you came from," you say, trying to sound cheerful, "You said you served the old master, but I can't seem to find you anywhere in these books." You look at her and wait for a response, hoping this doesn't set off one of her depressing moods. She looks at you and...
