Bash

The mother is gone. You are now alone in the middle of a forest, trapped in a small cage. You look at the latch on the cage's door, it has a metal notch with a circular bar around it, there is no way you can open it with your paws. There is nothing inside the dog carrier except you. Outside of the cage you see nothing but trees and a dirt road, you occasionally hear wind and birds passing by. Seeing nothing else to do, you attempt to push the wall of the cage, it only moves it an inch and hurts your head. Thinking of something to do, you eventually give up on saving yourself and instead try to get someone else to save you.

"Bark! Bark! Bark!"

Nothing. You continue to bark for a few minutes until you get tired. You hear some bushes rustle behind you. You can't tell what did it, you hope it's something that can help you. You try to push the cage closer to where you heard the rustling, you don't get far. You hear the bushes rustle again, closer this time. You hope whatever is making that noise can help you, and not want to eat you. You bark one last time to "tell" it where you are. You know it's getting much closer when you begin to hear footsteps on the dirt, you can tell by the footsteps' pace that the animal has four legs. You hear the footsteps get closer, you begin to feel scared, but you don't know why. You hear it stop walking behind the cage, you hear it start sniffing the cage. You begin to think what it could possibly be. You hope it's a wolf or something related to dogs, so that maybe it can help you. You hear it start to make it's way around the cage, slowly walking around it, probably smelling you. You huddle to the back of the cage as the animal approaches the front of the cage. First thing you see is a paw covered in gray fur. Second you see a leg about a foot long come up from the paw, same gray fur as the paw had. You see a second leg like the first one. At this point you are assuming it's a wolf. The next thing you see is a wolf's head, and your theory is proven. It's about 2.5 feet tall, and 4 feet long, that's about 5 times your size. The wolf looks at you in the cage and turns it's head. It looks at you for a few seconds and then barks. The bark pierces your ears, it's MUCH louder than your bark. You don't know how to react, so you only bark back, as loud as you can. The wolf only looks at you with it's head turned. You try your best to communicate with it, you whimper and put your head down, trying to get it to open the cage for you. You slowly walk over to the other side of the cage, where the door is.
