More Heads... wonderful

As you slither along looking for a victim, you sniff the air with your tongue regularly. You could accept this job, only if there was less pain. You sniff again and smell a human. Perfect victim to add! You and your familiar slowly slither closer and closer to the unsuspecting man. Then lashing out with such speed and ferocity. You see the man gasp for air and you quickly squeeze tighter. Pain comes back! OW!!! A Third head emerges from the tail and raises up... serving the countess...
