Big sleeper

You start running, but when you turn back you see that the giantess Jennifer is just lying there, not moving.

You creep closer and see that she has hit her head on a boulder. Moving down to her wrist, you feel for a pulse. She's still alive, just out cold. For a while it seems.

You ponder your options.
