Offer Coach Lupo some half-baked explanation

You exit the locker room and walk slowly over to Coach Lupo, clearing your throat as you think of what to say.

"Yes?" he asks without facing you.

"Coach Lupo," you begin, "I'm not feeling myself today. Could I please be excused?"

"Of course not," he snaps, but then he pauses. "Oh, I forgot what happened," he murmurs. "Yeah, go sit over on the bench if you want. Only for today, though."

You thank him and seat yourself on the bench. For the first half of the class period, the werewolves run around the room with no apparent purpose. Later, Coach Lupo has them play some violent game that reminds you of moshing. Of course, no such term exists yet in the English language, if this really is when you were thirteen. But how can that be when you don't know anyone at your school? At least, you don't recognize anyone; the others all seem to recognize you.

Back in the locker room, everyone else returns to human form. The boy who spoke to you earlier finishes dressing and approaches you.
