New development

Just as you realize you are giving birth, the mage reenters the room. You manage to gasp "What did you do to me?" The mage responds, " It's a new buisiness of mine. Lots of couples want kids, but don't want to go through all the trouble. You are going to be my baby maker untill you have payed off your debt. Or maybe longer, if you want. It pays really well." You aren't really in a position to do anything about it right now, so you finish your "job." After you're done, the mage takes the baby and leaves you there. As he leaves, he says " I'll be back in about an hour or so, we have more clients waiting." You start to cry as you realize you'll have to do this again and again untill you can pay him back.
