Be Objective

You decide to examine your new body before making a rash decision. You look down at your hands, which are still fairly human, except for the fine coat of hair covering them and the calluses on your palms. The rest of your body feels quite wolfish, though. You launch into a run, if only to test your endurance and strength. You feel incredible! Except for the sting of your hands against the hard ground, you love everything about your situation. Then you stop and consider things from a rational perspective. You're evidently some kind of werewolf. Would your parents be proud of that? Do they want to be the proud grandparents of a litter? Will they have to install a doggie door for you?

This train of thought is getting you nowhere, you decide, and you revert to the short-term pleasures of being a wolf hybrid. You can finally forget about your work and run around like a maniac without anyone questioning you. That is, they might question what a wolf is doing in the suburbs without a leash or some other restraint, but not why it would be frolicking when left to its own resources. Is it really so bad to be on all fours for the night? Or forever, even?
