Wolf Snap!

Suddenly fur starts sprouting out all over your body, which grows more muscular. Your head reshapes to that of a wolf and your shoes rip apart as your feet change and grow into huge clawed paws.

Looking at Fred, you see that he looks similar to you, except he's gained some humanity instead of lost it.
