My throat's a little horse

Shaking your head, you try again. "wheeeeeeiiinnny." No matter how hard you try, the only osunds you can make are those of a horse. However, Fred seems to realize you are trying to talk to him.

"Can you still think OK?" The wolf looks worried. "Just shake your head yes or no."

You feel a little thick-headed, but decide that you are mostly OK. You nod a Yes.

"Good!" Fred approaches slowly, watching your head. "Umm. Your ears are back and the whites of your eyes are showing. That doesn't mean you're gonna kick the snot outa me, does it?"

You realize that is exactly what it means, and force yourself to calm down. The horse instincts are very strong, and what's worse, they seem automatic. Still, you can stay in control as long as you keep alert.

Fred sits a safe distance away and sighs. "This is not good. A giant horse and a wolf. At least you could use the phone when you were a Chimpanzee!"

Maybe so, but you sure didn't feel this good as a Chimp. The strength and mass is exhilerating, and you really wish you could romp in that snowy field with the horses in the commercial.
