You don't exactly change

You find yourself strapped to a bed panel and hanging horizontally. You look in the other direction and you see the doctor standing next to what you can recognize as a dragon. You look down and you notice that a tube leads from your crotch to a machine, which itself has a tube leading to the dragon. You then say in a confuzed state of shock, "What are you doing?"

The doctor then replies by saying."You will be used to start a new race of half-human dragons. Then with them I shall rule the world."

As the machine begins the uncomfortable (and undignified) process of extracting fluid from your body, you wonder frantically how you'll get out of this mess.
