Up: Game 2  Up: Game 2 Outline

When a man's afraid, A beautiful maid is a cheering sight to see...

Pitti-Sing stares open-mouthed at Koko, then suddenly cries out, "I cannot tell a lie--I love you! I love you with a white-hot passion that withers and scorches and burns and stings!"

Koko blinks in surprise through his glasses. "That's Patience," he protests.

"All right, then... I have loved you with a white-hot passion that is slowly but surely consuming my very vitals!"

Koko is speechless.

"Who was it that minded your tailor shop whenever I was there? Who was it who made sushi for you and made sure you didn't lose your glasses -- and who was it introduced Yum-Yum to Nanki-Poo? It was me, you adorable fool! Me! I knew that untalented trombonist with the pretty face was just her type because she hasn't a brain in her head, and what little is there is filled up with herself! Kiss me!"

"Now? In front of all these people?" Koko looks anxiously toward Pooh-Bah.

"Kiss her, Koko, kiss her," The big fellow yawns, waving a hand dismissively.

Koko never gets that far. Pitti-Sing flings her arms around his neck and plants a big one on him, causing his glasses to fly off his face.

"What about the Mikado?" he gasps.
