Game 2 Outline |
You run into the house on unfamiliar legs, slamming the door and locking it behind you. What if your wife sees you like this? You go upstairs and look into the mirror. You change into some jeans and sit on your bed looking at your hands. On each finger there is a huge black claw. When you open your mouth you see your razor sharp teeth. You stand up and look into the mirror, thinking about being human; you flicker between human and wolf, but it is no use--you're still too worked up about it and you can't change back.
After a few more minutes you hear a car pull up outside; you see out of the window that it is your mother. What's she doing here? She rings the doorbell; you wait for her to go away, but she keeps ringing the doorbell. You go to the top of the stairs and tell her to go away. She shouts through the door that she knows what has happened to you. You walk slowly down the stairs and open the door. She looks at you sadly.
"My boy is growing up so fast."
"What is going on here?" you ask.
"Can I come in?"
You move out of her way and shut the door behind her.
"Maybe you should sit down. We have never told you this before but you're not really our son. You were an experiment to see if the DNA of a human could be mixed with a wolf's. When they thought the experiment had been unsuccessful, they were going to kill you; but your father and I took you away and raised you. Why do you think we have always been so worried about your kids? They have the same thing as you."
There is nothing you can say; you just stare at her in amazment. What are we going to do?...
