How do I get the machine and my body upstairs without the wolf in Fred's body noticing?

You search the room again, realizing that you have to get out before the wolf in Fred's body does something else to try and stop you. Plus, you also need to get your body and the body-switching machine to a place with working power. After a brief canvass, you find a big duffel bag and stuff the computer and helmets into it.

You carry it quietly to the top of the stairs, still feeling quite strange in your new female body, constantly blowing your hair out away from your eyes, and trying to ignore the strange-feeling jiggling on your chest. At the door to the house, you drop off the bag, and run back down to the basement. Once there, you grab your body and drag it toward the door. Unfortunately, bringing it upstairs is harder than you thought. As a woman, you have much less upper body strength. In your original body, this task would've been relatively easy ... but then, you're not in your body anymore. You drag the body upstairs slowly, feeling as though you're dragging a sack of barbells as you try to keep the uneven load from making any noise that would alert the wolf to your return.

Eventually, you make it upstairs ... now you just need to get the door open. You now realize the flaw in your original plan to burst through the door with main force. In your body, it would have been painful, but doable. In the body of a beautifully slender brown-haired girl in her twenties, the door might as well be made of solid rock. The only thing you can think to do is go back downstairs and see if you can find anything to break open the door with.

Downstairs, a quick search of the drawers reveals a small laser which, you learn at the expense of a tabletop, can cut wood. Quickly, you dash back upstairs to the door and cut the lock from the doorframe. You slowly open the door ...

Through the partially-open door, you can see the wolf in Fred's body on the couch, watching old reruns of Seinfeld. You figure you can easily carry the laptop computer past him to the door before he can react, but dragging your body? He'd be on you in a heartbeat. In a near-panic, you rack your brain for a way around this problem ...
